The apartment is situated near to the centre in district Kalamaja. A 20-minute walk from old town centre, even less if you take the bus that stops right outside the building. Only a 10-minute walk from train station (Balti Jaam) & great market area (Telliskivi). Local shop & pizza 2 minutes away (next house).
The apartment lies on the 3-rd floor. There is one living room with sleeping corner (alcove), kitchen, WC with shower room and hallway with wardrobe, alltogether 40 square metres. My accommodation is ideal for gays and lesbians.
