Our check-in time is from 4pm to 11pm.
Our house, isolated on the side of a hill, is an unusual accommodation, realized to my personal tastes, accordingly not suiting to everybody, especially to strictly conformist people, Lady Mucks and posh people. I am no hotel, occasionally renting one of my rooms, and even less suitable to those who would have actually wanted a hotel on the sea front promenade in the center, and have turned to me only for a low price.
I am sure that instead, you have looked carefully at our photos and that you like exactly what I have to offer:
I live in the countryside: everything is rustic with approximate external finishes, including olive trees and untamed Mediterranean vegetation. You will have to park on our private road, where there are special park here signs, and reach us on foot along a dirt road of 80 meters surrounded by palm trees and other rare tropical plants of my collection, go down where indicated, crossing the dense jungle of the garden to the panoramic terrace, and once you are there, or call me on the phone or ring the bell and shout my name out loud - pier, I will join you by leading you to your room. I am proud of both my home, and the garden that I built according to my tastes, I hope you like it too. I will do my best to support you for your every needs (!)
If you love authentic nature when it is the master, you will appreciate even more the comfort of your beautiful room and its unobstructed view.
My accommodation is ideal for unpretentious, friendly gays and lesbians.
Nearby are famous nudist beaches , a busy cruising Mediterranean wood, as well as many gay-friendly bars & pubs, plus all the allure and action of Monte-Carlo, Nice, Cannes, Sanremo and much, much more.
You only can decide if go for quiet, silence, pristine nature or sports& action
Sights: you could stay for months without seeing it all
House Rules: no nudity on premises, absolute respect to me and other Guests ( mostly gay-friendly) as well to the property and appurtenances

By car: exit Ventimiglia toll gate, follow the directions France , in 2.8 miles you are here
